What is PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana?

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) is a Central Sector Scheme launched by the Government of India to provide income support to eligible farmers and their families.

Under this scheme, the government provides ₹6,000 per year in 3 equal installments of ₹2,000 each. The money is directly credited to the farmer’s bank account.

Who Can Apply?

Farmers across India who meet the following criteria:

• Have an active bank account
